Their install was done in a precise way, they kept their work-space clean and respected our property as if it was their own. They came highly recommended and have delivered the service we needed. Also, we trust we can have them maintain our AC needs in this and any other Jacksonville home we live in for years to come. He was so friendly nice and cool about everything and didn’t try to scam us like other businesses out there. So the in-laws a/c went out on 6/5/2024. They called the home warranty place. They sent Beaches Heating & Air out there. Those are the scammers. Never checked freon level or anything. So they were in a hotel for 2 days system started cooling again. On 6/12/2024 the system took a dump again. I called Chris and he scheduled an appointment the very next day. He came out and checked the unit. He offered superb customer service by putting bandaid work on it til today 6/17/2024. Today Dan came out and installed a new unit and they went above and beyond the customer service spectrum. I know for a fact if there is a bad review on here it’s probably cause they didn’t get there way. Chris and Dan y’all have won our families service.
